About Our President

Benali Nieves is a state-certified residential real estate appraiser and the president/CEO of BN Appraisal Services, LLC. Benali began in the real estate appraisal industry in 1998 and continues to focus to this date in providing excellence in the appraisal profession and in customer service.

During this time, Benali primary emphasis has been placed in the appraisal of residential properties with vast experience in the greater Houston area and surrounding communities.
